Job Description
· Plan, create, execute, and review human resources and labor relations schemes, including rules, services, and practices to meet the company’s needs for human resources
· Interpret human resources practices, pay, and benefit plans, and collective bargaining arrangements for employers and workers
· Discuss collective bargaining arrangements for employers or employees, resolve labor disputes and complaints, and guide on employee and labor relations
· Collect data on job categorization, work requirements, pay scales, and competency assessment measures or techniques
· Propose and implement staffing, overall pay, training and career growth, employee assistance, job equality, and necessary action plans
· Administer programs and keep track of human resources information and records
· Manage hiring and training procedures within the company
· Study employee benefit and health and safety methods and suggest alterations or adjustments to current practices
Job Requirements:
Languages:: English
Education:: Bachelor's degree
Experience:: 2 years to less than 3 years
