Job Duties:
- Provide work direction, supervision to other staff
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that other staff work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures
- Establish work schedules and methods to meet work schedules
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control is met
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations and effective on-going communication with all levels of staff
- Other tasks, duties and assignments as directed by the manager.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English
