Location: Montréal, QC
Salary: $25 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English or French is required;
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
- 3 years to less than 5 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required.
Job duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures;
- Estimate the price of products and services;
- Recruit, train and supervise staff according to the operating standards, and hiring and training practices of Sansotei Ramen;
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance;
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices;
- Ensure health and safety of employees are properly protected according to the health and safety standards of Sansotei Ramen;
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
- Develop, implement and analyze budgets;
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation;
- Address customers' complaints or concerns;
- Provide customer service or help kitchen operations when necessary;
- Conduct performance reviews;
- Organize and maintain inventory.
