Record essential information such as cargo details, fuel consumption, hours of service, and distance traveled.
Manage bills of lading accurately and keep meticulous log books, either manually or using electronic systems.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and fellow drivers via onboard computers and communication devices.
Display the ability to perform basic roadside repairs in case of emergencies.
Collaborate seamlessly within a team or convoy for specific assignments.
Transport hazardous products or dangerous goods in strict compliance with regulations and safety guidelines.
