Job description:



Confer with clients to identify requirements

Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions

Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery

Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware

Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches

Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle

Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems

Conduct business and technical studies

Propose clear and simple solutions to answer clients’ requests within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Manage service requests and incidents

Delegate administration of Atlassian products on behalf of clients (e.g. user management/permission skills/workflow configuration/add-ons management)

Root cause analysis of clients’ issues

Feed and improve Valiantys documentation based on clients’ experience and feedback

Configure Apache HTTPD and Tomcat and Set up certifications (SSL…)

Ensure the migration of AWS servers

Analyze application logs and servers



Requirements:

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline or Completion of a college program in computer science is required.

Experience: Given the importance of our projects, we require at least 3 years of experience as a support engineer.

A minimum of 2 years of working experience with Atlassian Tools, implementing Atlassian projects, Agile implementations and customer technical implementations are required (This requirement is included between the 3 years of experience that are requested for the position).

The individual must have prior experience in consulting, technical support, software development or pre-sales activity ideally for the Atlassian products or similar collaborative tools.

Atlassian technical certificate is a strong asset.

Experience in carrying out large technical projects is required.

Experience with Docker is a strong asset.

Important information:
