The Retail Store Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within our store. With a focus on customer service, sales targets, and operational excellence, the manager oversees all aspects of store management, from maintaining product knowledge and visual merchandising to staff training and development. This position demands strong leadership skills, proven sales acumen, and the ability to create an inviting store environment. Additionally, the manager collaborates with upper management to implement strategies, adheres to company policies, and contributes to the overall success of the store.

1. Store Management Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer requests and issues
• Maintaining strong product knowledge and studying market research to determine customer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
• Implementing and maintaining visual and merchandise disciplines for customer needs and sales optimization
• Creating a clean and inviting store environment
• Setting and driving daily sales targets to achieve weekly and monthly corporate goals
• Planning and executing store special events
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels and recommending merchandise and implement price and promotional policies
• Performing store opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Handling administrative tasks for smooth store operations
• Communicating effectively with upper management
• Planning, directing and evaluating the operations in our retail sales locations.

2. Staff Management Responsibilities:
• Address staffing requirements, including team recruitment, development and retention of staff
• Training, coaching, and developing team members
• Managing staff schedules, assigning duties, and approving payroll
• Leading by example

3. Corporate Responsibilities
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports
• Suggesting strategies to enhance overall store success and implement marketing tactics
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
• Manage the Brand engagement events at the Store locations and make sure it runs successfully.

Requirements:
• Completion of university degree is required
• Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and confident
• Experience with opening new stores
• Visual merchandising experience
• Demonstrated leadership and recruiting skills
• Retail operational excellence
• Proven ability to drive sales results
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends or evenings as required
