We are now seeking a Vice President of Operations to ensure the smooth, efficient, and effective functioning of our day-to-day operations. This critical role will contribute to policy-making, risk management, budget oversight, and more, reinforcing our high standards of service to our clients.


Job Duties:
1. Establish the company’s strategic directions, develop the overall operational plans, and design effective corporate policies, aligning them with the organization's long-term objectives and shifting market trends.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our various departments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service quality we deliver by implementing optimal processes to streamline operations and reduce operational risks.
3. Monitor the performance of major investment portfolios, ensuring they meet clients’ objectives and risk tolerances as well as formulating financial reports for the board to review.
4. Lead the analysis of competitors’ operational procedures and evaluate the proper adoption of relevant strategies that improve client acquisition and retention.
5. Identify and explore new markets, investment opportunities, and financial services to expand the company’s reach and revenue streams; facilitate partnerships with media and industry influencers to expand the company's market presence and reputation.
6. Provide leadership to financial service development to highlight our strengths, drive innovation, and stay ahead of industry changes to address potential future challenges.
7. Provide guidance to the financial team in terms of the budgeting process, investment account assistance, and resource allocation to human resources recruitment; set up clear processing steps for all financial-related operations such as business transactions, expenses, and administrative spending.
8. Assist and approve the recruitment request for middle-level leadership positions to maintain an effective level of leadership across departments and join the orientation program to help the new managers adapt to our workplace as well as defining the scope of authority and communicating expectations.
9. Identify operational risks across the organization to evaluate vulnerabilities and potential impact on financial, marketing, and reputational areas; keep up with all relevant regulatory policies and enforce internal compliance to ensure all our operations adhere to the law.
10. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry partners; represent the company to attend industry conferences, events, and negotiations with strategic partners.



Qualifications:
1. At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, or equivalent working experience in a similar field is required.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a middle management role or higher within a related industry.
3. Demonstrate strong financial acumen and knowledge in managing large-scale business operations and financial judgment.
4. Able to exert leadership among the staff and inspire for higher performance.
5. Show good communication skills and persuasive ability for effective cooperation with various stakeholders.
6. Lead the team as a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on innovation.
