Job Description:

Provide guidance and supervision to administrative staff, ensuring that all tasks related to case preparation, documentation, and client communication are completed efficiently and effectively.
Monitor and track the progress of all cases, ensuring deadlines are met and that clients are kept informed of any updates or actions required.
Review and approve all documentation before submission, ensuring it meets the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, answering inquiries, and offering support throughout the immigration process.
Assist in preparing contracts, client paperwork, and draft forms for review by the immigration team.
Ensure the smooth flow of information and communication within the office, handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing training and support to ensure the efficient handling of all office operations and client cases.
Oversee the organization and maintenance of office files, supplies, and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Regularly report to management on case statuses, office operations, and staff performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate and lead projects or initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Job Requirements:

Post Secondary Education is required.
Prior Immigration experience is an asset.

Skills Required:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
