Job Duties:
Greet visitors and direct them to the concerned persons.
Assist customers to feel safe and at ease through a welcoming, client-centered approach, focusing on client comforts.
Answer the telephone, providing information and assistance to callers.
Perform office duties, such as booking appointments, schedule meetings etc.
Ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on time.
Manage basic bookkeeping duties such as mail bills, receive payments, issue receipts.
Perform general clerical duties such as scheduling, copying, faxing, mailing etc.
Manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture.
Clean and organize office supply areas in accordance with established procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School is required.
Immigration knowledge is an asset; however, on the job training will be provided.
