Bombay Masala Indian Restaurant Inc. is currently looking for 1 full time, permanent baker to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
• Prepare a full assortment of Indian sweets including but not limited to all kind of Burfi, Rasgulla, Gulab Jaman, Jalebi, Laddu, Gajrella, Rasmalai, Kalakand etc.
• Prepare and bake mixed doughs and batters in bulk at the time of Indian festivals.
• Follow recipes and prepare dishes according to traditional methods.
• Ensure quality of bread/flatbreads meet established standards.
• Prepare special orders on client’s request or dietary restrictions
• Uphold highest quality and food safety standards.
• Clean and inspect kitchen and food service areas.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Minimum one year of work experience is required.
Salary: $18.00 per hour
