DUTIES
? Act as a point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries
? Management of office stock, prepare regular reports, and organize company records
? Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
? Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
? Administer policies and procedures related to the functioning of the company. Implement new policies and procedures for better functioning
? Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
? Answer queries by employees and clients. Update office policies if needed. Ensure smooth coordination among various working departments
? Prepare reports and presentations for analyzing the goals and targets of the organization and the progress made
? Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
? Assist in preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
? Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
? Maintain and update company databases. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
