Job Description:
Developing and implementing educational programs and curriculum aligned with the institution's goals.
Overseeing the set up of different departments and the associated staff in those departments of the organization.
Carry out organizational policies and programs, implement financial and administrative controls, assist in overall personnel planning.
Designate duties among personnel and ensure the effective distribution of resources for efficient functioning of organization.
Providing aid for creating positive working environment and selection of staff members.
Coordinate between different departments of the organization to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or other official capacities or assign delegates to do so.
Ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
Facilitating training and professional development activities for staff.
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Post secondary education in the same field is required.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a manager is required.
