We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Project Manager who are expected to have advanced knowledge of computers, operating systems, network and service desk administration; and staying updated on the latest technology. As a Project Manager, you will interact with sales, account management, product development, support services and accounting teams for project planning, development, execution, and product rollout.
Project Manager (NOC 20012)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the successful execution and delivery of Hospitality and Retail projects.
• Plan and implement multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Develop project goals, work plans, timelines, and coordinate resources including implementation strategies and communications among all stakeholders.
• Consult customers on company solutions and use evaluation methods to successfully deliver projects.
• Collaborate with peers and management to create best practices and standard operating procedures that will be made available to project owners.
• Lead customer facing projects that drive revenue and provide high customer satisfaction.
• Identify, manage, and report on program or project risks to Management.
• Manage project schedule, budget, resources and quality assurance.
• Work with partners to identify and secure resources based on project target dates.
• Coordinate with sales to address goals, determine target dates, manage customer expectations, and provide regular progress updates.
• Implement selected solutions and recommend other company solution options when possible and applicable.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to identify installation improvements and feedback of company products.
• Provide training to internal staff and ensure effective transition of projects to support teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Design or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Project Management and/or managing technical implementation projects.
• Previous experience in implementing business solutions.
• Ability to lead, train and drive decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through and organization skills to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks.
• Ability to inspire and motivate peers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to tackle various project situations.
Compensation: C$110,000 annually (Permanent Full-time position; 35 hours work week)
