Requirements:
-1 year insurance experience.
-Level 2 Insurance Licence.
-Very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Completion of Secondary education is required
-Strong organizational, administrative, time management, and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary.
-Insurance Company Portal knowledge, BMS systems Applied Rater, Epic
-Sales Software Applied Rater.
-Computer skills including working knowledge with Server and Office365 environments.
-Understand and manage basic sales workflows.
Job Duties:
-Provide and create excellent customer standards to our clients.
-Sell insurance to clients and discuss insurance pr.
-Supervise and assist staff members.
-Create and train procedures, workflows, forms, documentation.
-Staff and Producer Support.
-Monitor Reports.
-New quotations on all types of business.
-Renewal Account Manager.
-Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients’ personal risk profiles.
-Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios.
-Manage claims issues.
-Resolve customer issues
