Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and communicate with different departments to ensure smooth running.
- Providing practical plans based on customers’ and property owners’ needs by utilizing advanced and smart technics and management.
- Draft and monitor internal processes to make sure all documents from property owners are fully compliant with requirements.
- Ensure the accurate and error-free import of original property data into the company’s commercial platform and business system.
- Balancing the relationship between customers and property owners.
- Assemble reviews and tracking data, preparing periodic and special reports.
- Training new staff and providing guidelines.
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of post-secondary school.
- Well-trained with 6+ months of experience is an asset.
- Fit into the fast-paced and multi-task environment.
