Working hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week
Wage: $30.80 to $32.80 per hour (to be negotiated, may depend on experience)

Duties but are not limited to the following:
Install, maintain, and repair desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices such as printers and scanners.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Configure and install operating systems and software applications based on user or organizational requirements.
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, virus scans, and system optimizations.
Provide on-site and remote technical support for users experiencing IT-related issues.
Replace faulty hardware components and perform upgrades to improve system performance.
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, repairs, and troubleshooting steps.
Assist in setting up and configuring local area networks (LANs) for efficient office communication.
Conduct routine data backups and recover lost data in the event of system failures.
Train users on the proper operation of computer systems and best practices for maintaining system health.
Qualifications:
Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is usually required.
College or other courses in computer programming or network administration are usually required.
