SkySpace Green Roofs is a full-service architectural studio specializing in the creation of living roofs for the environmentally conscious home or building owner. Our office is located in Toronto, Canada and we service all of Southern Ontario.
Currently, we are looking for a Landscaper to join our team.
JOB DUTIES:
Plan and construct landscaped environments which may include trees, shrubberies, lawns, fences, decks, patios and other landscape structures;
Prepare, install, maintain and remove plantings, including watering, amendments, fertilizing, weeding and pruning;
Operating handheld equipment;
Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens;
Manage and assist with landscaping projects;
Assess the health of lawns;
Plant, move and examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and diseases;
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma;
2-year experience is preferred;
Able to work independently and as part of a team;
Physically demanding;
Availability to stand for long periods.
