The Front House Manager reports to Alo Food Group leadership and works alongside Aloette Go's Kitchen Managers. The responsibilities of the Front of House
Responsibilities:
Establishing, implementing, and maintaining high standards for customer-facing services and systems.
Managing guest experiences both on-site and off-site by monitoring feedback and inquiries through email, phone, and social media platforms.
Overseeing inventory control, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Training, supervising, and supporting front-of-the-house staff.
Updating menus on POS and third-party apps
Programming promotional offers
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
Covering front-of-house shifts on an as-needed
Preparing and reviewing daily and weekly operational reports.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on exceeding guest expectations.
Proven ability to manage inventory, control costs, and drive profitability.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
