Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Draft, input, refine, and review various documents, including correspondence, bills, presentations, promotional materials, reports, and other related content, ensuring accuracy and coherence.
• Manage and organize incoming mail, both digital and physical, ensuring timely distribution within the restaurant and facilitating communication with external entities and partners.
• Coordinate, verify, and set up internal meetings and appointments, ensuring the management is well-informed and prepared.
• Oversee the procurement of office essentials, ensuring the restaurant is always stocked and equipped.
• Handle phone and electronic communications, ensuring queries are addressed or redirected appropriately and messages are accurately relayed.
• Implement and maintain an organized, efficient filing system, whether digital or paper-based, ensuring ease of access and retrieval.
• Formulate and standardize in-house administrative procedures for smooth operations.
• Welcome guests and visitors, discerning their purpose of visit and guiding them to the concerned person or department.
• Document and compile meeting discussions, ensuring minutes are accurate and accessible for future reference.
• Coordinate and plan travel itineraries, ensuring seamless travel arrangements and accommodations.
• If required, gather data and statistics to bolster research endeavours within the restaurant.
• Offer guidance and potentially oversee other office personnel, ensuring they are well-acquainted with operational protocols and updated software tools.
• Facilitate and possibly orchestrate conferences, ensuring every aspect is meticulously planned and executed.
