We are looking for a Concrete Former Helper to join our team.
JOB DUTIES:
Assist in preparing and setting up forms for concrete pouring, including cleaning and assembling moulds and placing reinforcing material;
Mix, pour, and spread materials;
Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and the job site at the end of the workday or shift;
Follow safety regulations and practices;
Perform general labour tasks, such as excavating, compacting earth, and backfilling for foundations and other concrete structures;
Help load, unload, and move construction materials to the work area and position them properly.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma (Not Mandatory)
Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, depending on project needs.
Relevant experience as a general construction labourer is an asset.
