Responsibilities
• Collaborate with educators, parents, school administrators, and community organizations to address student needs and provide comprehensive support.
• Oversee and coordinate the delivery of counseling and informational services to students, parents, and faculty members to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Administer and analyze standardized assessments, such as intelligence, aptitude, and interest tests, to identify student strengths and guide their academic and career planning.
• Visit high schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to share academic programs and opportunities with prospective students, their families, and educational stakeholders.
• Develop and present educational workshops, conferences, and seminars to enhance professional knowledge and student engagement.
• Provide individualized guidance to students on academic choices, course selection, and career planning, ensuring informed and thoughtful decision-making.
• Design and develop instructional materials and resources to support program delivery, while assessing curriculum effectiveness and recommending enhancements where necessary.
• Offer ongoing professional development, training sessions, and consultative services to teaching staff, aimed at improving instructional methods and student outcomes.
