Work Location: Candidate is required to work at various locations as per company contracts.
Wage Rate: $36.75 Hourly for 40 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Early Morning, Overtime, Day, Morning, Shift
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Languages: English
Working setting: Construction, Renovation, Commercial, Residential.
Job Duties:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
• Train or arrange for training of workers.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
• Prepare production and other reports.
• May manage the operations of own company.
• May also supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
