Job Duties
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or relevant experience of 01 to less than 02 years is required.
