Action Force Transport Ltd is currently seeking two skilled and detail-oriented Truck Drivers Supervisors to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. The Truck Drivers Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating truck driver activities, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Job Requirements:
-Language Required: English
-Education: College/CEGEP
-Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
-Work Shifts: Day, Night, Shift
-Salary: $28.50 to $37.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of truck drivers.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation standards.
-Monitor drivers’ performance and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.
-Organize daily dispatch schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
-Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and driver hours.
-Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs.
-Address operational issues and resolve problems.
-Provide training or arrange for training of truck drivers.
-Recommend measures to improve driver performance and safety standards.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
MS Office
Equipment and Machinery Experience:
Familiarity with dispatch software and tools for vehicle maintenance tracking.
