Job Description:
• Prepare and cook dishes from the menu
• Develop and plan menus and daily specials
• Manage food costs and inventory
• Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
• Manage food, kitchen labor, and other kitchen-related costs
• Oversee inventory and ordering, meeting budget targets, and conducting a food cost analysis
• Ensure food delivery to our guests meets timing standards
• Manage and train kitchen employees
• Make certain that proper food safety practices are followed
Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school required.
- Min. 3 years of commercial cooking experience required.
Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $27.00 ~ $ 30.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
Benefits: 5.77 % of salary as vacation pay, gratuities and on-site housing options
