Position available: 1
Wage: $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth operations of the store, including opening, closing, and proper functioning of equipment.
Maintain good communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate prices for better cost management.
Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering ingredients and supplies, to prevent shortages.
Oversee cash handling, sales records, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Implement and manage in-store promotions, events, and marketing to drive customer engagement.
Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to make data-driven decisions regarding menu items, promotions, and staffing.
Ensure all equipment (tea brewers, blenders, sealing machines, etc.) is properly maintained and repaired when necessary to avoid disruptions in service.
Handle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries to maintain a positive customer experience.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain efficiency and ensure quality service.


Requirements:
A college degree is required.
At least 2 years of related experience in the food service role.
At least 1 year of experience in a management role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to quickly address issues like staffing shortages, customer complaints, or equipment malfunctions.
Able to handle changing customer demands, market trends, and in-store challenges.
Able to collaborate well with other staff to ensure smooth store operations.
Able to handle cash transactions, calculate change, and record sales and inventory data.
