Job Description
o Check concrete forms (moulds)
o Examine formwork, granules, and steel reinforcement components before directing concrete placement into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
o Fill cavities and remove big bumps using fresh concrete
o Use a power vibrator to crush concrete
o Mould expansion joints and edges
o Using a straightedge to level the top surface of the concrete according to the specified standards
o Use hand or power equipment to give finishing to concrete surfaces
o Waterproof and restore concrete surfaces
o Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of various concrete structures
o Facilitate concrete pouring

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
o Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement
o Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
o Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
o Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
o Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
o Instruct apprentices
o Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures
o Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
o Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces
o Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
o Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
