Job Description

. Planning and keeping an eye on the day-to-day operations of customer service.

. Coordinate actions with departments or other work units.

. Create work schedules and guidelines.

. Determine the training needs of the workforce

. Controlling the flow of customers to guarantee effective customer service.

. Write and turn in reports.

. Instruct employees on employment responsibilities, safety protocols, and corporate guidelines.

. Carry out the same tasks as the supervised workers

. Assign, organise, and evaluate tasks

. To guarantee company continuity and the provision of customer service, maintain the functionality of computer systems, machinery, and equipment, and schedule repair work.

. Looking into and resolving issues about customer service.

Responsibilities
Tasks
. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
. Establish work schedules and procedures
. Identify workers’ training needs
. Prepare and submit reports
. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
. Perform same duties as workers supervised
. Co-ordinate, assign and review work
. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
