• Review invoices and attach appropriate back- up documentation to invoices, seeking approval prior to payment
• Enter invoices into the accounting system, ensuring correct coding and appropriate documentation.
• Verify time and attendance records, sick leave, vacation days and other relevant data for payroll calculations.
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database,
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential,
• Ensures that company accounting policies are compliant with regulations and accounting standards,
