Job duties:
Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of the company business, develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, manage and coordinate in company office administration procedures, improve office work efficiency, establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met, liaison with Government authorities and banks and accountant, earn new business accounts for company, negotiate work contracts, manage company employees and schedule work priorities, prepare budgets, manage company transportation vehicles and prepare and manage business correspondence, assist staff with administrative or technical problems , hire, train and supervise staff.
Job Skills:
High School, English proficiency and 2-3 years office administration/ business management work experience. English proficiency is must at the workplace
Wage: $36.50 hourly and vacation pay will be paid
