Responsibilities
• Approve the creation of key departments that align with organizational goals, ensuring each is led by qualified senior staff to maximize operational efficiency.
• Oversee and harmonize the activities of various regions, divisions, and departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and promoting seamless collaboration.
• Serve as the company’s ambassador in high-stakes negotiations, fostering valuable relationships and protecting the organization’s interests in formal settings.
• Carefully choose middle and upper management team members based on expertise, potential, and alignment with company culture, ensuring they’re equipped with resources and authority to succeed.
• Define and implement standardized sales policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and ethical practices across all sales activities.
• Analyze market research data to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences, enabling strategic decisions on product development and positioning. Evaluate competitors' activities to anticipate shifts in the market landscape, adapt strategies, and seize opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
