? Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative processes, including the assessment and implementation of new procedures.
- Prepare and assist to complete application forms to review.
- Prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities to office support staff, and ensure adherence to deadlines and protocols.
- Manage company documentation through organizing, filing, and distributing office communications.
- Welcome clients, address inquiries from both staff and customers, and handle administrative tasks such as organizing client information and liaising with service providers.
- Administer policies and procedures concerning record release under government access to information and privacy laws.
- Plan and manage office services such as equipment, supplies, and asset disposal.
- Oversee administrative operations pertaining to budgeting, contracting, and project planning.
- Contribute to the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory records.
- Update and maintain company databases.
