Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization. The successful candidate will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, striving for continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Duties:
1. Operational Oversight:
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and high productivity
• Oversee the planning, organizing, and execution of operational activities and implement new procedures
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
2. Process Improvement:
• Evaluate current operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive performance
3. Team Management:
• Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to project planning and management processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
4. Resource Management:
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize costs
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure resource needs are met
• Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and materials
5. Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment
• Implement and oversee health and safety protocols
6. Customer Satisfaction:
• Work closely with customer service teams to resolve operational issues
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
7. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance analyses
• Assemble data and prepare periodic special reports and correspondence
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning
Requirements:
• Completion of university degree is required
• 2+ years experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of operational management principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
