Position Summary:
Beeta Education is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our brand’s visibility, managing strategic marketing initiatives, and driving growth in our advisory services. This position is ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual who has a passion for the education sector and the ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with Beeta Education’s mission to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective students and parents.
- Maintain and optimize the company’s website content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely updates and effective engagement with target audiences to expand reach.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to plan and create promotional content that aligns with the company’s positioning, including success stories, educational resources, and the latest updates.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of various marketing activities, provide regular data reports, and evaluate return on investment (ROI) to refine future marketing decisions.
- Plan and coordinate online and offline events to showcase Beeta Education’s services and professional expertise to students and parents.
- Keep promotional materials such as brochures, reports, newsletters and other material ready by coordinating requirements with graphics providers; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Maintain strong partnerships with Canadian educational institutions to increase the company’s brand recognition in the education field.
- Conduct surveys of students and their parents to identify their interests and concerns.
- Stay informed about market dynamics and the latest trends in the education sector, analyze target market needs, and provide data support for the company’s marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Proven experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.
