JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service to colleagues, members, and guests.
-Health and Safety conscious, actively involved in maintaining a safe work environment including inspection of all areas of the property for safety issues and taking immediate corrective action.
-Daily inspection of buildings, maintenance checks, reporting/recommending repairs & purchases as required.
-Perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment.
-Identify issues and perform general repairs.
-Perform carpentry repairs to walls & ceilings by patching, sanding; painting, removing & replacing coverings such as drywall, tiles, linoleum & carpets, removing and replacing door handles, locks, hanging furniture fixtures and equipment, repairing broken furniture, and other necessary carpentry repairs to the building.
-Perform electrical maintenance & repairs (e.g. replacing light bulbs, ballasts & fluorescent tubes; replacing light switches, plugs, sockets & receptacles).
-Perform plumbing maintenance & repairs (e.g. changing washers, seal rings, replacing broken traps, changing out sinks, toilets etc..)
-Repairing kitchen equipment, stoves, ovens, dishwasher etc…
-Minor Masonry repairs.
-Transports heavy and/or bulky equipment & furniture; rearranges furniture in the Clubhouse and other areas during special events; moving outdoor furniture seasonally to and from storage areas.
-Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
-Coordinating with outside contractors.
-Ensuring all service providers complete work in a timely manner.
-Perform other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-High school Diploma
-three years of experiences in repair & maintenance.
-Team orientated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Highly responsible and reliable, able to work well with others and individually with minimum supervision.
-Proactive, organized, ability to prioritize and results-oriented.
-Ability to operate related equipment.
-Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
-Flexibility in work hours.
BENEFITS & SCHEDULE
Wage: $18-$26 per hour
Hours: 35-40 hours/week
