Salary: $35.00 per Hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent

Job Requirement
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field is required.
• Highly organized, diligent, and flexible
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet changing deadlines.
Job Duties
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
• Front Desk duties, including greeting customers, answering telephone, answering emails, photocopying, opening, and sorting mail.
• Manage staff schedules, transfer, and dispose records according to schedules and policies.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Maintain and order office supplies and equipment.
• Keep customer and personnel files up to date.
• Effectively maintain and transfer information, files, and records to manager/owner.
• Ensure protection and security of files and records.
• Respond to customer needs, requests, feedback, and report issues to manager/owner.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Perform other duties as and when required.
