Currently, we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team.
Job Duties:
1. Assess and improve administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
2. Assist in creating process/procedure documents and communicating changes internally.
3. Manage and oversee office workflows, assign and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and smooth operation
4. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs, track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
5. Categorize data and prepare reports periodically for the management team to review
6. Supervise junior staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
7. Manage office budget, billing and invoices, maintain cost-effectiveness and provide suggestions for improvement
8. Evaluate and analyze past projects to summarize drawbacks and establish new operational procedures
Qualifications:
1. Secondary School or above is required.
2. Minimum 1 year of office administrative or senior clerical experience, or acting in a similar role.
3. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) including 50 wpm keyboarding skills.
4. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
5. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
