Budget Brake and Muffler Auto Centres Port Coquitlam location is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our auto service centre, you will support daily operations, ensuring smooth communication between our technicians,
customers, and management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
• Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding auto service options, pricing, and availability, ensuring customers have clear and accurate information.
• Maintain accurate records, including customer details, vehicle service history, and invoicing.
• Assist with processing payments, invoicing, and ensuring billing accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to management and technicians.
• Coordinate ordering and tracking of inventory and supplies.
• Determine and establish office procedures.
• Manage filing systems and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare detailed service estimates and explain repair procedures in a way that is easy for customers to understand.

Qualifications
• Completion of a post-secondary program; Higher post-secondary education is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in administrative assistant role; experience working in an auto shop is a strong asset.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs.(Preferred)
