Job duites :
• Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
• Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies.
• Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
• Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
• Training staff in the areas of customer service and company policies.
• Managing cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.
• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
Job Description:
• Two years’ experience in the occupation is preferred.
• A high school diploma is required. A university degree in business administration, commerce, finance, computer science or other related fields is an asset.
• Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Proficient standard office equipment skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong people skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Available to work shifts.
