Responsibilities/Tasks
• Schedule and organize the operations of the restaurant
• Implement operational procedures and ensure product quality is at par
with the restaurant standards

• Evaluate daily operations and coordinate the activities of workers who
prepare, portion and serve food.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Recruit and Train staff.
• Control inventory levels and organize inventory.
• Maintain Restaurant records regarding stocks, repairs, weekly sales and
food wastage
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate with suppliers and arrangement for food and other supplies
• Ensure every shift runs effectively, resolving customer complaints and
making sure all customers leave satisfied
