Assistant Manager - Retail - OM INDIA FOOD CENTRE

Job responsibilities include:
• Supervise and manage all day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor and assess operational efficiency and effectiveness regularly.
• Develop schedules and allocate resources for seamless workflows.
• Assign duties, provide guidance, and oversee team performance.
• Research consumer demand, sales potential, and competitor activities to inform decisions.
• Decide on offerings based on market analysis and customer preferences.
• Develop and implement pricing and credit strategies.
• Plan and execute strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
• Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenses.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff and volunteers as needed
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Perform staff appraisals and provide feedback for development.
• Lead office and volunteer teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Work experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail or related field is needed.
