? Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with supervising and coordinating sales staff.
- Assist with assigning sales workers with duties and work schedules.
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Must be highly organized and accurate.
- Perform inventory checks on a spot or yearly basis.
- Maintain specified inventory and draw on inventory to restock store.
- Perform cleaning duties and assist with the supervision of sales staff cleaning duties.
- Assist with the hiring and training of new sales staff.
- Ensure the visual standards of the store are maintained.
- Keyholder and store closing duties.
- Perform the duties of retail sales staff being supervised.
? Education: Secondary High School
? Requirements: Completion of secondary school is usually required.
Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson or rental agent is usually required.
? Experience: 1 years of relevant work experience.
? Language: English
