We specialize in Turkish cuisine, desserts, and signature Mado ice cream, offering an unparalleled culinary experience. We are seeking a highly qualified Turkish Cuisine Chef with deep expertise in traditional Turkish dishes to lead our kitchen and maintain the authenticity of our menu.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Turkish Chef to join our culinary team and bring the best of Turkish gastronomy to life.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Turkish dishes, including kebabs, mezes, stews, and desserts, while maintaining high culinary standards.
Source authentic Turkish spices and ingredients, ensuring high-quality and culturally accurate dishes.
Develop and refine traditional and modern Turkish recipes to enhance the menu.
Accurately calculate food costs and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
Design seasonal and special event menus rooted in Turkish gastronomy.
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, sourcing fresh ingredients, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage.
Train kitchen staff in Turkish cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Chef specializing in authentic Turkish cuisine, particularly in high-volume restaurants.
Strong knowledge of traditional Turkish ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.
Strong skills in food cost calculation and inventory management
Proven ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Culinary education or equivalent experience is an asset.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices in Canada.
