Job Description:
• Answer emails and calls at the office as needed.
• Schedule and follow up meetings with clients, and answer calls and electronic inquiries.
• Perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare and modify documents as requested by the sales manager or CEO.
• Assist the sales manager and staff as needed.
• Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Perform general clerical duties as per business needs.
• Establishing work priorities as per preference.
• Answer customer’s questions and assist with sales duties.
• Train new hires if needed.
• Process sales invoices.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of High School.
• Post-secondary education and/or at least 6 months work experience in an Administrative position.
