Required Restaurant Manager (TEER 60030):
Position Summary
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:
• Organize, plan and direct operations of the entire store.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Set staff work schedule.
• Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Keep track of inventory and place orders with suppliers accordingly
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
• Completion of college in hospitality or food and beverage service management or a program in a relevant field is required
• 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience is required in food or restaurant industry or relevant field.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; and
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
