Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the college to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting to maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative staff to streamline processes and improve student and faculty satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Act as a liaison between the college and external stakeholders, including community partners and government agencies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support student services, ensuring a high standard of educational and operational outcomes.
• Oversee facility maintenance and IT systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Education: Completion of a college or university program in business administration, or related field (or equivalent qualifications).
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing business systems and optimizing workflows.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong leadership and organizational skills.
o Ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure operational efficiency.
o Familiarity with compliance and accreditation standards in an educational setting.
