Job Duties:
-Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
-Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors for billing and payments.
-Scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
-Ordering office supplies and coordinating office maintenance.
-Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
-Maintaining filing systems for project documents, permits, and blueprints.
-Organizing company events or team-building activities.
-Managing and organizing project documentation, including permits, invoices, and safety compliance records.
-Supporting recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and managing job postings.
-Providing general support to executives and project teams as needed.
Job Qualifications:
-Attention to detail
-Strong organizational skills to handle the dynamic and fast-paced environment
-Completion of a one- or two-year college
-2-3 years of working experience is required
