Position: Construction Supervisor

Compensation: $42 / hour
Work hours: Minimum 35 to 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage all on-site construction workers, including subcontractors, laborers, and vendors, ensuring a high level of productivity and safety
• Monitor and enforce adherence to project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections and reviews of ongoing work to ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
• Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures
• Assesses safety and finance goals
• Track project costs and work with project managers to ensure that the project remains within budget
• Conduct final site inspections to ensure that all work meets contractual requirements and is ready for client handover
• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes
Employment Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School education .
• 7 Months to 1 year of Experience will be required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced physically demanding and tight deadlines environment.
• Team player and highly adaptive to work in culturally diverse environment.
• Must have proficiency in English language both written and verbal.
