Job Duties: 
1.Determine and plan senior-level company strategic objectives and policy guidance, and coordinate activities for each department to achieve sales goals.
2.Supervise the financial personnel when preparing budget reports, make the budget presentation with board directors, and oversee budget controlling and expenditure spending, to ensure everything is carried out according to the plan while minimizing the financial operational risks.
3.Oversee the development of our service promotion campaigns and ensure the execution follows the advertising strategies, promotes our business strength, and can reach a broader audience.
4.Conduct sales operations review with each assigned region to address market-specific tactics, revise forecasts, and support the achievement of customers' objectives.
5.Perform regular compliance seminars and workshops within the company to ensure all our staff and operations follow the mandates listed by government and regulatory bodies.
6.Build and maintain expertise in transportation and logistics by monitoring the competitive landscape.
7.Direct and encourage business reach-out, identify changes in demand and the market environment, generate prospects regarding new business potentials, and actively pursue relationships with new customers and industry partners while also maintaining the existing network.
8.Take charge of selecting and recruiting management-level positions and direct the administering of payroll to all staff.
9.Identify deficiencies in the skills of management team members, and work to improve individual’s capabilities through coaching, development, and training.
10.Examine the staff’s performance metrics and set up bonus systems to increase employee productivity and operational efficiency.
11.Act as the escalation point for negotiations with potential and existing customers, and send annual reports to the key stakeholders on the company’s operational performance and future plans to strengthen the company’s reputation and investors’ confidence.


Qualifications:
1.A college diploma in Economics, Business Administration, or other logistic-related field is required; a bachelor’s degree in the same area is highly preferred.
2.At least three years of working experience in a middle or senior management position is mandatory.
3.Past experience in the logistics and transport industry is highly appreciated.
4.Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
5.A solid background and understanding of proven B2B sales methodologies and experience evaluating metric analytics and changing methods and strategies as needed.
6.Possess proven experience and knowledge on how to supervise multiple departments and inspire staff for better performance.
7.Highly motivated individual with a desire to grow with our business and achieve better results at the decision-making level.
8.Able to take on encountered obstacles and provide timely troubleshooting solutions within a given time frame and budget.
