We are looking for an Automobile Repair Assistant Manager to liaise between our headquarter and individual branches, assist the senior manager plan and coordinate the company’s daily operation to facilitate business efficiency.
Job Duties:
1.Assist the senior manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the automobile repair business.
2.Monitor workflows and effectively assign work to technicians and service staff.
3.Liaise between headquarters and performance units, and enhance the management and administration of performance on behalf of the headquarters.
4.Analyze service records to identify frequently requested repairs, maintenance tasks, and popular merchandise like tires, batteries, auto glass or oil filters.
5.Manage inventory level of auto parts, and order parts from suppliers and vendors in a timely manner.
6.Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
7.Track sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability to assess the success of merchandise and service offerings. Revisit pricing strategies and credit terms periodically based on inflation, competitor changes, and industry trends.
8.Establish departmental budgets, and monitor revenue trends to determine sales strategy.
9.Maintain dealership and supplier relations.
10.Represent the company to participate in negotiations and meetings with vendors and suppliers.
11.Conduct market research, including customer demand and recent sales data, competitor analysis, etc.. Report to the manager and provide suggestion on product sale and pricing. Develop corresponding marketing strategies to increase monthly sales.
Qualifications:
1.A college diploma or higher in Business Administration or other related discipline or equivalent work experience is required.
2.At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the automobile repair industry or a related profession is required.
3.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
4.In-depth knowledge of the industry and automobile repair procedure is a strong asset.
5.Proficiency in office software such as Google and Microsoft Office products.
6.Good business acumen and negotiation skills.
7.Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
